Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Usually, treatment will be performed the same day as the consultation. Sometimes, your referring general dentist will request a consultation only with no subsequent treatment. Occasionally, complex cases will require multiple appointments, though usually no more than two visits.
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
If your referring dentist has taken x-rays, please request that they forward them to our office, or they may have you bring them with you to your appointment. In any event, we will be taking our own low-radiation digital films when you arrive for your appointment.
