Dr. Hall was born in Oklahoma in an Army family, and has lived all over the United States and Europe. He obtained his undergraduate degree in forestry from the University of Georgia in 1979, and his DMD degree in dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia in 1984. He joined the US Air Force out of dental school and was a general dentist for ten years before he began his endodontic residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, graduating with a certificate in Endodontics in 1996. Following his residency he taught endodontics at the Air Force Advanced General Dentistry Residency at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. He separated from the Air Force in 1998 and moved to Medford to go into private practice at Southern Oregon Endodontics which he currently co-owns with Dr. Cunningham.
His hobbies include hiking, skiing, golfing, boating, and reading. He has been married to Lorrie for 30 years. They have two children who recently graduated from the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California: Jessica, a pianist with a Masters and Luke with a B.S. in Music Industry. They also have a feisty little Malti-poo named Hanna.
